EVE is based in Cape Town in the Western Province of South Africa at the most southern point of Africa. Eve has a small and growing membership of diverse people with a common interest in sustainable development and integrated human settlements. EVE nominates people with similar views to planning and decision-making structures. In this regard members serve on Ward Forums in Local Government and on various Specialization Committees on the Provincial Development Council. Members also participate in Drug Rehabilattion Programs, Civic Associations and other community -governance based partnerships such as Community Police Forums. EVE supports its members and other people serving in such structures and offers a space for consultation and debate. EVE provides a forum for development and growth. EVE further seeks to encourage its members and associates to explore the sites, assets and heritage of South Africa and in particular of the Cape where we are based.
